UGLY FRUITS NOT
An Innovative Educational Program Towards Sustainable Consumption And Food Waste Reduction
UglyFruitsNOT! is a project about food waste reduction and sustainable consumption. The project aims to include ugly produce (ugly fruits and vegetables) in the food supply chain by training food chain professionals (producers, wholesalers, retailers and distributers, grocery/market owners and grocery/market employees) as well as food service providers.
