Course Description
The training course stands at the forefront of this paradigm shift, poised to redefine how we approach fitness education in educational institutions. This course encapsulates a dynamic combination of contemporary fitness methodologies, designed to invigorate the traditional PE curriculum. It focuses on group fitness, exercising to music, physical vitality, and teamwork.
The course endeavors to offer a transformative experience that transcends conventional notions of PE, unlocking a realm of possibilities for students’ physical activity through group fitness experiences.
Specifically, the course will focus on the following:
Introduction to group fitness trends in schools
Collaborative exercise routines tailored for a group setting using music as a source of empowerment.
Group Fight
Train like a martial artist with movements and energetic music in a group environment
Athlete
Athlete is a 30-minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout to get participants in athlete shape. It combines endurance, power, agility, and speed in 20, 30, and 40-second intervals to improve strength and cardio performance.
3D30
3D30 integrates strength and cardio training to build muscle, burn calories, and improve agility. Participants will revolutionise their whole body using Loaded Movement Training in a 3-dimensional experience
Centergy
A group fitness program that combines yoga and pilates fundamentals along with dynamic whole-body movements!
Core
A 30-minute group fitness program for a strong core, to improve athletic performance, help prevent back pain and give strong abs. Expert coaching and motivating music will guide functional and integrated exercises using the body weight and a towel.
The course will be based in Nicosia, but practical modules, will be carried out in Troodos mountain range (forest area) and a beach close to the Cape Gkreko (sea coast) area.

Redefine Your Self with a program combining yoga and pilates. Grow longer, stronger and improve your stamina as you explore this journey using Υoga and Pilates fundamentals along with dynamic whole-body movements!
- Core: Theory and Practice:
Train like an athlete in 30 minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, will help prevent back pain and give you strong abs! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight and a towel!

3D30 integrates strength and cardio training to build muscle, burn calories, and improve agility. Revolutionize your whole body using Loaded Movement Training in this three-dimensional experience. Dynamic music drives the energetic 30-minute workout with athletic movements and phases of high-intensity interval training. Train the way the body was designed to move with 3D30.

How can I register for the Course I have chosen?
Complete the contact form and our Erasmus coordinator will guide you through the registration process.
Where can I apply for E.U funding?
You must talk to the Erasmus coordinator of your school / organisation. This is the responsible person to apply for a fund for your mobility.
Can I pay for the fees myself if I do not receive a fund?
Yes, this is also possible. You can pay for the expenses yourself.
Where will the participants meet for the Courses? / What’s the company’s address?

Does the Company offer sightseeing services? Like trips to places of interest?
Stando can give information and ideas for trips around the island or places to eat but we do not organize these trips outside the schedule of our Courses. There are however planned trips scheduled, as part of our Outdoor Courses; just have a look at the Outdoor Course detailed program or ask the Erasmus coordinator for the schedule to be sent to you.

Can I book extra nights at the hotel?
Certainly, at an extra charge. It’s price depending whether you choose a Single, Twin or Triple room.
Are there any transport services from the airports?
Yes, apart from private taxis, an affordable service is “Kapnos Airport Shuttle”: You can book your transfer online to Nicosia from Larnaka and Paphos airport. You need to go onto their website, register and book your route.

Who provides the learning agreement between the hosting and the sending organisations?
Your Erasmus coordinator is responsible for providing you with the agreement, which needs to be filled with your personal and school information. After this is completed, you must send it to our Erasmus coordinator (support@standoltd.com) who will complete all remaining information and send it back to you signed. We also keep a copy of that for record purposes.
What’s the difference between an Indoor and an Outdoor Course?
An indoor Course takes place at the Organisation’s premises whereas an Outdoor Course has Outdoor Venues depending on the Schedule for each Course. More details on our website under each Course specifications.
