He is a university graduate of the UNIVERSITY OF WESTERN ONTARIO (UWO) CANADA (BESc. Mechanical Engineering) and he has an MBA from the Cyprus International Institute of Management. He is an ICT expert, and he has been working on many projects over the past years, materializing actions relating to technical and informatics aspects of the projects. He has vast experience in the management and implementation of various projects, with an emphasis on ICT technology and its positive and negative effects on people and societies.
Theodoros has been actively working in the fitness industry since 1990 as a Group Fitness Trainer. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of fitness and he possesses numerous Group Fitness Diplomas and Certificates from worldwide recognized fitness organizations. Through STANDO LTD he established and owns 2 fitness centers by the name EUPHORIA Bodies in Motion. Also, STANDO LTD is the sole agent in Cyprus, Greece, and the Balkans of MOSSA USA, one of the biggest international players in the field of pre-choreographed group fitness programs, with Theodoros being a certified MOSSA trainer in 10 different group fitness programs since 2010.
Lastly, Theodoros is a graduate of the IFBB Academy (International Federation of Body Building & Fitness) and is actively exercising the profession of the Body Building & Fitness Trainer.

Anna is a researcher in the field of Environmental Education (EE) and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). She worked at Frederick University and European University as a Visiting Lecturer in teaching EE/ESD. Her research interests focus on the design and implementation of environmental and sustainable development programs in formal, in-formal, and non-formal education, in individuals’ professional development in EE/ESD, and gave counselling and advisory service to companies on how to become environmentally, socially and economically sustainable.
She is the author of various educational materials for sustainable development issues. She has published and presented her work in EE/ESD international scientific journals and in international conferences. She was part of the Scientific Team in the preparation of the National Strategy for EE/ESD in Cyprus. She has long experience in EE/ESD and in training students, teachers, individuals, companies, and various target groups in EE/ESD issues, as well as in Curriculum Development and implementation.

Thrasos is a University graduate of the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) in the field of Communication and internet studies (BA). He has a Master’s from the University of Cyprus (UCY) in Political science. Thrasos has been actively working in the field of European projects since 2017. Specifically, he worked as a Research Associate in the Laboratory Interaction Cyprus (CIL) of CUT, from January 2017 to January 2020. While at CIL, he was a member of the implementation team of the research projects NOTRE (Horizon 2020), Repast (Horizon 2020), and Mihub (AMIF).
During the period February 2020 to March 2021, he worked as a Researcher/District Coordinator at the Cyprus Labour Institute (INEK). While he was at INEK he managed the implementation of the Learning Greek project language (AMIF) in Limassol and Paphos, while at the same time he dealt with case studies on labor issues (EUROFOUND).
As a General Manager he is tasked with the efficient operation and growth of the company.

Andri has been working as an ESL (English second language) teacher since 2008 when she graduated from University of Cyprus, the department of English Language and Literature. She has taught all major English exams, including IELTS, IGCSE, Pancyprian and government exams and has worked with both young learners and adults. She particularly enjoys practising communication skills with the students and the life-long learning aspect of teaching.
She also holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Sociology from Lancaster University, UK. Her interests expand to the fields of ecology and conservation and her Master’s dissertation was on waste challenges in Cyprus and the introduction of recycling scheme (Green dot).
Andri also has experience with medical, local newspaper and various article translations as she has collaborated with various individuals and companies as a freelance translator from Greek to English and vice versa throughout her career.
At Stando she performs various tasks including secretarial, reception, translation, email communication and KA1 Erasmus course preparation.

Erdim Temeller, born on the 4th of November 1991 in Nicosia, Cyprus, is a multifaceted individual with a rich professional background. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Near East University and currently serves as an administration member at STANDOutEDU.
Erdim’s career highlights include roles as a Public Relationship Manager at La Nouba Club and Sales Consultant at Ramsey. Fluent in both English and Turkish, he excels in critical thinking, problem solving, and teamwork. Beyond his professional life, Erdim enjoys baking, swimming, playing tennis, dancing, and music, embodying a zest for living life to the fullest.

Menelaos is a Sociologist who graduated with a BSc in Social Sciences (University of Cyprus) and an MSc in Global Studies (Lund University, Sweden) with a specific focus on group and national identities in modern and post-modern history. He mostly focused on the development of nationalism in Great Britain from the very beginning of the First Industrial Revolution in the mid-18th century until the 2016 BREXIT referendum.
Menelaos has also approached his academic focus through post-colonialism, which is a lens that is set in colonized countries or deals with post-colonial issues (such as identity, culture, politics, and economics). During his years in Sweden, Menelaos has also attended credited courses in European Studies (Malmö University) and European History (Uppsala University).
Menelaos has previously worked as an EU Project Manager and an author of several successful EU-funded projects with a focus on under-represented groups (mainly women and LGBTQ+ individuals). He has also provided several educational training sessions to immigrants, seniors, high school students and educators, and VET trainers.

Merve is a conservation biologist who graduated with a BSc in Biological Sciences (The University of Nottingham) and an MSc in Endangered Species Recovery & Conservation (Nottingham Trent University) in the United Kingdom.
She mostly focused on marine conservation as well as has an experience with field and laboratory work on many wild species, practical conservation, and environmental education. Merve was a team leader for sea turtle conservation project at Society for the Protection Of Turtles for 1 year and then got offered a coordinating position at Cyprus Marinelife Centre for sea turtle conservation for 2 years.
Moreover, she has hands on practice with other species of wildlife and she actively participates in numerous research projects regarding the flora and fauna of Cyprus. Merve also has a pedagogical formation (teaching certificate) that lets her teach about wildlife, environment, and conservation. She is dedicated about raising awareness and educate as much people as possible to keep world’s life cycle running with sustainable resources.
Merve is currently involved in projects related to the environment – i.e. BeePro, on the Rational use of plant protection products and fertilizers in terms of the impact on bees in the ecosystem (VET); Games4ClimateChange, Empowering Youth to tackle Climate Change through Game-Based Learning (YOUTH); and BlossomingCities, A Pollinator-friendly training model for Urban environments to tackle the decline of wild pollinator populations (VET).

Turcan has a background in microbiology and regenerative medicine, and holds a PhD from the University of York, UK. She has laboratory research experience and publications in biomedical implant materials.
She has been involved in teaching and immense preparation of instructional materials. She demonstrated entrepreneurial skills when she founded a kindergarten, a pre-school education and day-care center.
Turkan is very passionate about working on STEM projects. She has been exposed to educational and training environments including students from various backgrounds and age groups. She attended pedagogical courses and is very enthusiastic about social and psychological aspects of education regarding youth development and its benefits to societies.

Zoi, a cognitive psychologist, is an expert in linguistics and cognition with dual master’s degrees in cognitive neuropsychology and cognitive-educational psychology. Her substantial background in special education, neuropsychological assessment, and rehabilitation, along with previous roles as an academic advisor, learning support assistant, and cognitive rehabilitation officer, have endowed her with comprehensive insights spanning cognition and education domains.

Harris is a teacher with over 20 years of experience in various educational posts. He specializes in STEM/STEAM and Educational Robotics. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in Business Information Systems from Gloucestershire University UK and an MBA from the Cyprus International Institute of Management.
He is also an HRDA Certified Level5 – Train the Trainers, Trainer. He was responsible for transforming the way education is taught at the schools and finding ways to integrate new innovative technologies, such as Robotics, into the curriculum. He was awarded by LEGO International in Education as Teacher of the Month for his initiative in incorporating a transdisciplinary approach using STEM and Robotics and looking at the impact that this had on teachers and students.
From the beginning of his career, he was involved in teaching and training, both for students of all age groups but also for fellow Trainers. He designed and implemented 21-century student-centric learning spaces and also initiated the development of a 2-year STEM Program at one of the schools as he was in charge of researching, planning, and developing the STEM curriculum.
He represented Cyprus in various Robotics Competitions such as the International WRO (World Robot Olympiad) competition that was held in Qatar. He is also one of just a handful of robotic instructors that can program NAO (Worlds’ leading and most widely used humanoid robot for education).

Stefania Ioannidou is a Social Media Marketing Manager with over 7 years of experience. Her expertise lies in the realms of effective communication, content creation, and marketing strategy, and she possesses a genuine passion for all things digital.
In her role as a Digital Media Manager at Stando Ltd, Stefania holds a pivotal position where she takes charge of creating, maintaining, and overseeing the company’s websites and social media presence. Her responsibilities encompass the crafting of tailored online content, ensuring consistent branding across various channels, and facilitating a seamless dissemination process for Erasmus+ and Horizon projects.
Beyond her marketing expertise, Stefania is also a certified Evidence-Based Coach and is currently pursuing her degree in Psychology. Her professional background in Coaching complement her marketing skills, enabling her to bring a multifaceted perspective to her work.
Her profound interest in VET (Vocational Education and Training) project trainings underscores her commitment to the growth and development of individuals and organizations. Her ability to merge strategic digital marketing efforts with a deep understanding of human behaviour and effective communication makes her a well-rounded professional who can contribute to the success of various projects and initiatives.

Vassos pursued a BA in English Language and Literature before devoting twelve years to directing an English Institute in Nicosia.
Intrigued by digital marketing, he embarked on a career shift towards website design and development. Over eight years, Vassos refined his skills, specializing in crafting various websites, notably e-commerce platforms, for numerous companies in Cyprus.
With diplomas in Online Advertising and Digital Marketing, he demonstrates proficiency in email marketing automation, funnel creation, Search Engine Optimization, and photo/video editing, utilizing tools like Photoshop and Camtasia.
At Stando Ltd., Vassos is responsible for creating, designing, and maintaining the company’s websites, ensuring their functionality and effectiveness.
