Course Description
Group Core is a functional, integrated Core Training program. It is an intense, 30-minute workout designed to strengthen the core from shoulders to hips, improve athletic performance, and enhance movement efficiency. Your career as a Group Core instructor begins here. During this training, you will learn the six MOSSA Teaching Essentials which are designed to help you develop the skills you will need to instruct participants and inspire them to succeed. You will also learn about the MOSSA Group Core brand, how to properly execute exercises, and how to coach others to follow you safely.
When you teach a class, all eyes are on you. Participants look to you to guide them through the workout and toward their goals. Your task is challenging, but you have the Group Core brand to work with.
