Our Vision
The IncludeMe project aims to equip youth workers in various organizations with the resources needed to support young newly arrived refugees and migrants, ensuring their social, cultural, and economic inclusion in their new home countries. The project focuses particularly on those with inadequate formal education, who face challenges in accessing employment and achieving socioeconomic independence.
From June 11 to 13, the Include Me project achieved a significant milestone during its latest Learning, Teaching, Training Activity (LTTA) in Brecise, Slovenia. Hosted by our esteemed partner, Mpreza Mama, this event brought together three youth workers from each collaborating organization. Their primary objective was to meticulously refine and enrich the IncludeMe Educational Package, marking the successful culmination of the pilot phase.
The atmosphere was charged with collaborative spirit and determination as participants engaged in intensive training sessions and provided pivotal feedback. Their insights have been crucial as the project now transitions into Work Package 2 (WP2), which focuses on the meticulous development of customized educational materials. These resources are tailored to meet the unique educational needs of young migrants who have encountered deficiencies or disruptions in their formal education.
A cornerstone of WP2 will be the establishment of an innovative e-learning platform. This digital repository aims to equip youth workers across Europe with comprehensive tools and strategies. By enhancing their capabilities, the platform seeks to facilitate the seamless social, cultural, and economic integration of young migrants into their respective communities.
As the project progresses, stakeholders and beneficiaries are invited to stay engaged and informed about forthcoming developments. Follow our journey as we strive to create a future where every young person, regardless of background, enjoys equitable opportunities for success.
