DigiWell project has as a primary objective the role setting of the Digital Wellbeing Manager and his/her responsibilities for the development of the digital wellbeing conditions practicable in the working environments in the EU, in the light of the digital overwhelming of employees and its negative consequences that affect their physical and mental health. Digital wellbeing brings a growing interest on vocational education to produce novel training models to educate employers, C-Suite, line managers, HRs, directors from businesses, enterprises, and organisations in search of innovative interventions towards the promotion of the physical and mental health of their employees.
