RURAL+ : Better opportunities though skill growth

2019-1-RO01-KA202-063082

Description

  EnvironmentalEducation Forest

This project will consist of an in-depth study on the VET preparation for future employment at the end of the school years, with accent on collateral soft skills needed when accessing a job: ITC skills, business etiquette skills and the learning-how-to-learn skills, skills that not always constitute a priority for vocational schools in the target countries (RO, PT, IT, CY). The study will consist in two parts, one will be a desk study and another a field study regarding the three types of skills tackled within the project.

The project will implement the following:

   1.

Developing the needs mapping methodology

  2.

Desk research regarding the three advantages (one per country and one at European level)

  3.

Field research regarding the three advantages (one per country)

  4.

Production and fine tuning of the consolidated report with the help of the National Technical Board

  5.

Translation of the report in the 4 languages of the partnership
