1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by STANDOUTEDU a company established in Cyprus.
2. Eligibility
- The giveaway is open to legal residents of the European Union who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of STANDOUTEDU, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- To be considered valid, entries must complete all four (4) steps of the contest as detailed in the original post published on STANDOUTEDU’s official social media channel(s) on 6 May 2025.
- Additional or repeated actions will not result in extra entries.
- STANDOUTEDU reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on 8 May 2025 and ends on 15 June 2025 at 23:59 CET.
Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
Participants must:
- Follow STANDOUTEDU
- Like or react to the giveaway post
- Comment with the course they would like to attend
- Tag two friends
Only one entry per participant is permitted. Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize
Three (3) winners will each receive a free place in one of the following Erasmus+ July 2025 courses offered by STANDOUTEDU:
The prize covers course tuition only.
- Travel, accommodation, and subsistence expenses may be covered via Erasmus+ funding if the participant is eligible through their sending organisation.
- If not eligible, the winner will be responsible for covering their own travel and associated costs.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a random selection method.
- Winners will be notified via Direct Message on Facebook and publicly announced on the 16th of June 2025.
- Winners must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
- STANDOUTEDU reserves the right to request proof of identity or Erasmus+ eligibility from winners.
7. Privacy
- All personal data submitted will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and used solely for the administration of this contest. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. General Conditions
- STANDOUTEDU reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its reasonable control.
- Participation in this contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
- STANDOUTEDU’s decision in all matters relating to this giveaway is final.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless STANDOUTEDU from any liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
